   I would like to be considered for an communications position. I have a Bachelors Degree in communications with a journalism concentration. I consider myself well rounded in the communications field. I have worked with an online journalism website called the Exchange and a blog website about intramural sports. For my internship I worked for Chip Taylor Communications. There I learned how to make sales calls, write blurbs for the website, help create a new website, video edit, and use technology to communicate with people who worked for Chip in other states. I also worked for General Motors in their "Northeast Regional Corporate Office" for 7 months, between October 2013-April 2013. With General Motors I learned how to be extremely organized in the office(mostly for auditing purposes) along with the filing of multiple document. I also created an important "PowerPoint" presentation that I presented at General Motors "All people Meeting" which was a yearly meeting with everyone who works in the Northeast Region (Maine-West Virginia). I am confident in my knowledge with Microsoft Office along with the following programs: Quark, Photoshop, and Indesign. I know I will be able to bring high energy and maturity to this job and I’m confident with my ability to work and communicate with others. Thank you for your consideration.
